With Cisco, the challenge was to extend their coverage in Latin America using social channels to reach Small Businesses. Their goal was to reach a segment that believes that Cisco provides solutions only to big corporations with content that helps them grow and technology solutions adapted to their needs. Latin3 developed a Social Media Strategy around a blog with interesting content for this target, where they can find all kinds of information, news and resources highly relevant to their needs. This effort was integrated to a complete social channels ecosystem that provides visibility to all the content using Facebook, Twitter, YouTube and LinkedIn.
Cisco has generated a contact map of more than 4,000 entrepreneurs and business owners and a much richer dialogue that allows the company to know more about their preferences and needs.
